Киев из-за ситуации с «Мотор Сич» недополучил около 14 миллиардов гривен
Арест акций ведущего украинского производителя авиационных двигателей «Мотор Сич» нанес реальный удар по обороноспособности Украины, поскольку бюджет страны недополучил миллиарды гривен. Об этом заявил член правления Украинско-китайского инвестиционного клуба Андрей Пилипенко.
Эксперт раскрыл, что Киев из-за ситуации с «Мотор Сич» недополучил около 14 миллиардов гривен. «Каждая гривна чистого дохода компании обеспечивала поступление примерно 0,25 гривны в виде налогов в бюджеты разных уровней. Следовательно, потери бюджетной системы Украины от недополученных налогов за период действия ареста в 2017-2020 годах составили по самым консервативным подсчетам около 3,5 миллиарда гривен», — добавил он.
На эти деньги, как подсчитал Пилипенко, воюющая Украина могла бы купить 17 новейших французских кораблей с системами вооружения, 26 современных танков «Оплот», минимум 23 вертолета Н-125 и более 100 БТР-4.
По мнению специалиста, блокирование Киевом деятельности завода — это настоящее вредительство и диверсия. «Блокируя доступ китайских инвесторов на «Мотор Сич», украинская власть лишает страну заказов на сотни миллиардов долларов, отказывается за украинцев от притока валюты и огромных инвестиций для развития целой отрасли, завоевания других рынков, осознанно идет на потери бюджета и латает дыры в нем растущими долгами перед МВФ», — пояснил Пилипенко.
Он отметил, что «Украину буквально поставили на паузу в глобальной конкурентной гонке, а значит, большие игроки добились своего — убрали соперника». Последним шансом, как считает эксперт, станет сотрудничество с Китаем, но его «терпения надолго не хватит».
«Мотор Сич» — украинский производитель двигателей для самолетов и вертолетов. Большая часть его продукции продавалась в Россию, но в 2014 году Киев запретил поставки в соседнюю страну, из-за чего компания оказалась в кризисе. В 2017 году контрольным пакетом акций «Мотор Сич» завладели китайские компании, однако вскоре Служба безопасности Украины добилась ареста акций. В ведомстве заявили, что такое владение несет угрозу обороноспособности страны, так как «Мотор Сич» занимается производством и ремонтом двигателей и комплектующих для военной авиации.
