Бизнес на продаже персональных данных
В Государственной налоговой и таможенной службах несанкционированно копировали и сбывали сведения с ограниченным доступом. Об этом сообщила СБУ во вторник, 24 ноября.
Должностные лица служб организовали этот механизм с использованием чат-ботов, интернет-ресурсов и Telegram-каналов, используя наличие уязвимостей в ведомственных базах данных.
К схеме были привлечены должностные лица налоговой, таможни и сотрудники банковского учреждения. Сообщники наладили систематический сбыт конфиденциальной информации о финансово-хозяйственной деятельности юрлиц, экспортно-импортных операций субъектов предпринимательской деятельности и иной информации, которая создана и защищена в соответствии с действующим законодательством.
Во время обысков в офисах и местах жительства фигурантов правоохранители обнаружили и изъяли компьютерную технику, мобильные телефоны, флэш-накопители, на которых содержится несанкционированно скопирована информация с ограниченным доступом, банковские карточки и другие доказательства, подтверждающие совершение сделки.
Теперь решается вопрос о вручении фигурантам подозрений по статье о несанкционированном сбыте информации с ограниченным доступом.
Напомним, что ранее житомирский налоговик попался на продаже служебных данных. Налоговик имел доступ к автоматизированным системам ГНС Украины и в 2020 году неоднократно копировал данные из этих систем для дальнейшей продажи.
Также сообщалось, что пограничники продавали криминалу базы данных. Злоумышленники продавали данные о пересечении госграницы гражданами Украины и иностранцами, срок их пребывания в стране и наличие запретов на въезд и выезд.
