Київ, як одна з найбільших столиць Європи, потребує ретельного контролю за правопорядком, охорони комунального майна та дотримання першочергових громадських потреб. З такою метою уже близько трьох років тут існує комунальне підприємство «Муніципальна охорона» під патронатом міського голови Віталія Кличка.
Незважаючи на заявлену мету, представники «Муніципальної охорони» самі неодноразово потрапляли в не дуже приємні ситуації та ставали об’єктами журналістських розслідувань.
Знайомтесь, Ігор Марі, керівник зазначеного комунального підприємства. 10 грудня рано вранці (близько 5 години) він на в’їзді у Київ був зупинений працівниками поліції. Керував автомобілем марки «TOYOTA Land Cruiser», як виявилося у ході подальшого спілкування, у нетверезому стані. О 5 ранку, Карл! Крім того, вважаючи себе, напевно, у той момент досить кмітливим та здібним, намагався непомітно на передньому сидінні обмінятися з пасажиром місцями. Розуміючи, що спроба була не досить вдала, та й правоохоронці не йдуть з ним на діалог, він не знайшов іншого виходу, як хизуватися своїм посвідченням працівника КМДА, декламувати про свої впливові зв’язки у «високих кабінетах» (натякаючи, мабуть, на мера Києва) та принижувати честь і гідність патрульних.
Спроба номер 2, та знову не вдала.
Отримай, розпишись – протокол за ч. 1 ст. 130 КУпАП, а саме «керування транспортними засобами особами у стані алкогольного, наркотичного чи іншого сп’яніння», та вилучення водійського посвідчення. Тому, звертаємось до колег-журналістів, якщо побачите його за кермом автівки, сміливого вмикайте відеозапис!
А Ігор, виявляється, падкий на такого роду казуси. Адже у 2017 році, у нього вже вилучали водійське посвідчення, складали протокол за тією ж статтею. Але проблему було вирішено, мабуть у тих «високих кабінетах», про які він розповідав.
Шановний пане мере, хочемо звернути Вашу увагу на те, що Ваші підлеглі дозволяють собі керувати транспортними засобами у нетверезому стані, при цьому яро прикриваючись «корочкою». Це у той час, коли Ви активно боретеся за підвищення рівня безпеки дорожнього руху у столиці. Як у себе під носом Ви дозволяєте такому відбуватися?
Давайте ще зауважимо, що Ігор Марі, будучи курсантом Львівського військового інституту ім. П. Сагайдачного, не гребував зловживанням наркотичних засобів, ба більше, займався їх розповсюдженням та збутом серед своїх «співкамерників». Але, маючи у родинному колі представників тих самих «високих кабінетів», він легко виходив сухим із води.
У цій ситуації найприкріше те, що звідусіль лунають гучні заяви: «Щоб бути Європою, поводь себе, як у Європі, почни з себе». З кого нам лишається брати приклад? З ключових осіб в державі, які в будь-якій ситуації «відмажуть» свого протеже, а звичайні громадяни, навіть у разі незначного проступку, несуть повну відповідальність?
Чекаємо тепер управлінських рішень. Сподіваємося на справедливість, інакше нас чекає довге та прицільне полювання на лже-вершників правосуддя.
