В Украине обманули карпатских хоббитов

На Западной Украине — скандал вокруг широко разрекламированного поселка “гуцульских хоббитов”, так называемого “Хобитхилла” возле Верховины в Ивано-Франковской области. 

В поселке, по задумке, должны были быть построены “домики хоббитов” как в фильме “Властелин колец”. Наподобие знаменитого новозеландского “Хобиттона” — домов хоббитов, оставшихся после съемок фильма.

В домики, в строительство которых люди уже инвестировали деньги, должны были начать заселяться уже летом, но этого до сих пор не произошло.

И инвесторы обвиняют авторов карпатского проекта в мошенничестве и присвоении сотен тысяч долларов. 

Один из инвесторов, Павел Фищук, который заказал себе “хоббитскую хатынку” за 20 тысяч долларов, говорит, что заплатил за строительство в феврале, но пока его домик не готов. Вместе с 15 другими “хоббитами” Фищук создал ревизионную комиссию и требует отчета, на что пошли 250 тысяч долларов, которые они заплатили за строительство.

“Строительство очень сложное, и сами “хоббиты” точно еще не знают, когда оно заработает. Бывший староста поселка Андрей Боечко (который представлялся как “вийт”) вывел много денег с проекта, и на сегодня появилась проблема ликвидности Хобитхилла, — иронизирует с разговоре с нами Фищук. — А вообще, организаторы проекта от нас скрываются, мы ищем адвоката”.

Сам Боечко в комментариях убеждает, что строительство продолжается, сам он временно отошел от дел из-за участия в местных выборах, но готов вернуть деньги обиженным.

Пока я занимался предвыборной кампанией, часть вкладчиков создали кооператив. Меня заблокировали в соцсетях. Я готов выкупить у вкладчиков контракты и отдать потраченные на строительство средства, которые они мне передавали. Возьму кредит в банке и дострою городок — это моя мечта. Но пока какие-то бандиты, которые, очевидно, наняты рейдерами, требуют с меня 150 тысяч долларов. В понедельник я напишу заявления в МВД и СБУ относительно угроз мне и моей семье от “братков” из 90-х и попрошу защиты. К сожалению, вынужден вывезти семью из Киева, где мы проживаем, и прятать ее от бандитов”, — сказал он нам. 

По изначальной задумке, в “Хобитхилле” должны были построить к лету десятки домиков (часть — для сдачи туристам в аренду, часть для заселения инвесторами), с озером, коровками, овечками, пасекой, мастерскими гончаров, кузнецов, ковровщиков и резчиков. 

Хатынки должны были быть разные — от одной до трех комнат, с душем, унитазом, умывальником, кухней и зоной отдыха. 

Поселку обещали “атрибуты независимого государства” — от герба с гимном до конституции и исполнительной власти.

“Местные жители не будут брать и давать взяток, работать будут только легально, платя все налоги”, — шуточно анонсировали городок авторы проекта. 

Пока же там стоит один готовый “демонстрационный” домик, больше похожий на бандеровскую землянку-”криївку” (схрон) с флагами Украины и ОУН-УПА (кстати, Боечко рассказывает, что прототипами хатынки частично стали землянки, которые описал его друг-”мольфар”, служивший в УПА и живший в такой “крыивке”). 

“16 домиков достраиваются, они на разной стадии готовности”, — заверил нас Боечко. 

Организаторы ранее предупреждали, что одиночных посетителей не пускают, объясняя, что пока принимают только организованные туристические группы.   

А те, кто таки побывали в недостроенном поселке хоббитов, жалуются на то, что за вход берут по 100 гривен. 

К «гуцульским хоббитам» ведут указатели с противоречащими надписями: «Продолжается строительство городка», «Вход запрещен» и «Вход платный 100 гривен».

«100 грн. с человека за то, что ещё в проекте — это жлобство! Выбежала женщина, ей и самой неудобно было говорить, что вход платный, так как по факту ещё пока ничего нет. Но денег-то хочется! В общем, не знаю, что будет, когда закончат задуманное, но на данный момент смотреть не на что и платить нет смысла», — пишет Виктория в отзывах о поселке. 

«Смотреть не на что. Хозяева, или это был прораб, мягко говоря, не приветливые, а на вопросы фыркает. Может, что-то когда-то и будет, но в очень далекой перспективе», — пишет Иванна Бучинская. 

«Замечательная и интересная в будущем локация после всех перипетий строительства», — верит в перспективы проекта Сергей Кашеваров.
